Bio Image Intelligent Quantifier-11 (IQ-11)

The Intelligent Quantifier-11 (IQ-11) software analyzes scanned images of 1-D electrophoresis separations from wet gels, dry gels and membranes. It has a complete one dimensional analysis package including lane definition, band detection, Mw/ IEF standards and dilution series (concentration standards). Users are allow to vary band detection sensitivity to optimize performance to gel charateristics. It also automatically quantifes bands by defining actual boundaries based on inflection point analysis and subtracts local background. Users are able to perform side-by-side lane profile and band size/ quantification comparisons. The IQ-11 is able to displays single lane density profiles or multiple overlay profiles.

Fully 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant

The IQ-11 does not merely deploy standard Windows login and password security measures but it has a fully integrated logins, passwords and record signings in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11. Users are required to sign when Acquiring, Saving Changes and Reporting. Optional comments can entered for every signing. To improve tracability, IQ-11 prints User name and title on all data reports.

The IQ-11 has three level of access groups, Analyst, Supervisor and Administrator. User from a specific group can only perform a series of authorised tasks. All tasks or activities performed are recorded in the IQ-11 audit trail.

Fully User Customizable

The IQ-11 comes with an illustrator tool for user to add text comments, arrows, boxes,circles, header and footer information fields onto an image. Report generation of IQ-11 is powerful and simple as it can generate fully customizable reports easily. Users are able to define the analysis annotation colors and composition. All IQ-11 comes with comprehensive User's manual and on-line Help support.
